2. What Data We Collect and Why
We use Plausible Analytics to measure website traffic. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool that does not use cookies and is designed not to identify individual visitors.

What Plausible does not store: raw IP addresses, cookies, persistent identifiers, device fingerprints, cross-site tracking data, or information that could identify you as an individual. All statistics are aggregated.
3. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include in your message. We use this data only to respond to your request, provide support, or continue the conversation you started.
We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask to be notified about SmartGrowLab updates or launch information.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)
We use Plausible Analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding and improving this website. Plausible is configured without cookies, persistent identifiers or cross-site tracking.
Email communication is processed because you initiated contact with us and because we need the information to respond to your request.
5. Third-Party Processor
The analytics service is provided by Plausible Insights OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, European Union. Your data is processed within the EU and subject to GDPR protections.

6. Cookies
SmartGrowLab does not set analytics or marketing cookies. We use Plausible Analytics without cookies.
Embedded third-party content, such as YouTube videos, may be loaded from external providers. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed mode where possible. Clicking a link to YouTube will take you to YouTube's website, where YouTube's own privacy policy applies.
7. Data Retention
Plausible retains aggregated, anonymised statistics for as long as our account is active. Because no personal data is stored by our analytics, there is nothing to delete on a per-user basis. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle your request.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your personal data. Since we do not process personal data about you through this website's analytics, there is generally nothing to exercise these rights against. If you believe this is not the case — for example, if you have contacted us by email — reach out at smartgrowlabtech@gmail.com and we will investigate and respond within 30 days.

This site contains links to external websites (YouTube and others). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend reading their policies separately. This is especially relevant for links to YouTube.
